BLITZEN TRAPPER will return to Little Rock on Friday October 15 at The Rev Room. To our knowledge, it will be only the 2nd performance by this critically acclaimed Portland, OR, act (following a 2005 show with The Hold Steady at Stickyz). Touring in support of their 3rd effort for Sub Pop records, “Destroyer of the Void”, Blitzen Trapper are known for their experimental folk rock. Their 2008 release “FURR” (see the video above) landed at #13 on Rolling Stone Magazine’s “Best Albums of 2008″ list.

Making things even more awesome – Fruit Bats and Pearly Gate Music will be supporting this 18 and up show. $12 advance tickets go on sale this Friday Aug 6 – Showtime is slated for 830pm.
