ELI YOUNG BAND will return to The Rev Room on FRIDAY AUGUST 27th. Tickets will only cost $15 and they go on sale starting July 6. Ages 18 and up will be admitted.

ELI YOUNG BAND got their start in Denton, TX, and their most recentl CD “JET BLACK & JEALOUS” reached number 30 on the Billboard Albums chart while spawning 3 top 40 Country singles. In 2010, they were nominated for the BEST NEW Duo or Group at the Academy of Country Music Awards.

In case you don’t know, ELI YOUNG is not a person, but it is people. The band takes its name from bandleaders Mike Eli and James Young. So, it’s a rocknrollfauxpas to say “Eli Young is Awesome, I Love HIS Stuff”. Better you just say “Eli Young Is Awesome” lest you be ridiculed like my friend that still thinks Pink Floyd is a Dude.
