Wish We Were There! Coachella Starts Today…

It pains us to not be standing in the pseudo-desert of Indio, California today. In past years we have been able to watch a smattering of acts through AT&T’s Blue Room. This year, it seems a different sponsor will be webcasting even more of the acts than ever before, and that’s super allright with us. We are uploading the 5 Gum viewer on our facebook page – as soon as we know how well it works we will post up the info here. Stay tuned…

UPDATE – OK, we pulled the trigger on signing up for the 5 Gum experience which meant exposing our facebook friends information. Man, I hate to do that, but it’s definitely in the name of rock’n'roll. Want to see Lucero perform at Coachella? then you need to check this out. How about LCD Soundsystem, Passion Pit, The xx, Sly Stone, As Tall As Lions, The Avett Brothers, Devo, Public Image Limited, Deertick, Frightened Rabbit, Yeasayer, Yo La Tengo, etc etc etc. Broadcasts start at 7pm cst today – Sunday. Take my advice…run a line out of your laptop and into a big screen TV for maximum living room enjoyment. No bathroom or beer lines. Enjoy!!
