We Are the WTF

As a fan of a good cause, I encourage you to make whatever donation possible to your chosen Haiti Relief charity. As you might know, a bunch of “stars” gathered recently in LaLaLand and recorded a remake of USA For Africa’s “We Are The World” with the intent on generating additional funds and awareness for the devastation caused in Haiti recently. The video below is the trainwreck that ensued. Warning, it’s going to be 4 minutes or so that you will never get back.

Straight up – I don’t recognize A LOT of these people. There may or may not be a Kardashian involved if that tells you anything.

After one viewing, my first thought is “Why is Carmen Electra on this?”. My 2nd thought was “When did Miley Cyrus start looking like Carmen Elektra?”

It’s very hard for me to decide which I hate the most – Justin Beiber’s opening, the Obi Wan Kenobi-ness of Michael Jackson’s appearance with Janet, or Lil Wayne’s weird vocoder part. Oh wait, nope…I hate the Rap Interlude the most. Was this supposed to be for Comic Relief or Haiti Relief?

And here’s something I never thought I would say…”Celine Dion – Congrats, you outsing everyone else on this track. Even Streisand (who kind of sounded like Droopy dog).”
